There are many Chesapeake Bay fishing and Ocean City fishing options, and many are quite good at their trade. Always wet goes where the big fish are. In the spring when the largest rockfish are in the bay for the spawning migration, they are in Easton, Maryland. When the tuna and marlin show up in Ocean City they are at the White Marlin Marina at the beach. In the winter, when the large rockfish migrate up the bay to fatten up for winter they are back in Easton, Md. And when the big rock move back to the ocean, Always Wet is in Virginia Beach. The Always Wet crew is among the most experienced in the Mid Atlantic. The boat is fast, reducing the time it takes to get to the fish, and increasing fishing time. Their 40 ft Luhrs is big enough for the ocean, while being efficient enough to keep the charter cost down.
For safety, Always Wet has the latest in life saving equipment including EPIRB, Emergency locator transmitter in the VHF radios, Halide fire control, and all other required Coast Guard safety gear. In addition, Always Wet keeps an Automatic Electronic Defibrillator on board at all times. When you are 80 miles from shore, you want to know that in the case of a cardiac event, the crew is prepared and trained to save your life.
